Welcome to the NHO Flag League.  We have a Fall and Spring Session.  This league is for ages 4-8 (and 9-12 for the Spring Session only). Birthdays are as of July 31st of each year.  Divisions of play will be determined according to age and the number of participants registered.  It is designed to teach the basics of football in a fun, safe enviroment.

Teams will be allowed to meet twice a week, (2 practices or 1 practice and 1 game) for no longer than 90 minutes. Teams will be small so that everyone gets plenty of playing time.
