| YOUTH SPORTS AT THE SWAMP Currently North Hays Youth Sportsplex (AKA: The Swamp) offers Baseball, Softball, Tackle Football, Cheerleading and Flag Football. The Presidents or Coordinators for each of those activities makes up the Youth Sports Presidents Committee. The purpose of this Committe is to act as a liasion between the Sports Programs and the North Hays Optimist Club Foundation. The Committee and the Sports Programs will adhere to the following policies set forth in the Youth Sports Presidents Standing Committee Bylaws and Agreement.
